Information we collect
The estimate form collects your name, phone, email, city or ZIP, selected service, preferred language and any message or photos you choose to submit. The AI assistant collects conversation content and, when requesting an estimate, your name, phone, city and project details. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to questions, review project needs, prepare estimates, arrange visits, communicate about requested services, maintain the website and prevent abuse. Submitting a request allows us to contact you about that request; it is not consent to unrelated marketing.
AI and service providers
Messages sent to the assistant are processed by an AI service to generate replies. Estimate submissions and photos are stored through our hosting and storage providers. Providers supporting communications or customer management may receive information when those services are used. Do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through chat. We do not sell your personal information.
Browser storage and third-party services
The chat saves its conversation in this browser so it can be restored when you return. Use Start over in the chat to clear that local history; clearing browser site data also removes it. This does not delete an estimate already submitted to our team. Embedded maps and external links may process information under their own policies. If analytics is enabled, it may process usage and device information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to manage inquiries and projects, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or stop nonessential contact, by emailing dhoannypaintings@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required by law. Rights and exceptions depend on the law applicable to you. Optional photos and project notes are not required to request an estimate.
Children and policy changes
This website is intended for adults seeking home services and is not directed to children under 13. If a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page.
