No. We provide installation labor only, so you can buy exactly the product you love from any supplier.

Do I need to empty the rooms?

Please remove small items and fragile pieces. Moving large furniture can be added to your estimate.

How long it takes

About 400-600 sq ft per day after prep. A typical 1,200 sq ft area takes 3 to 4 days, plus 1 day if old tile must be removed.

What to buy and when

Order 8-10% extra material for cuts and waste (12-15% for diagonal or herringbone layouts).

Buy from a single production lot so color and finish match across rooms.

Order 2-3 weeks before your install date to allow for delivery delays.

Have the boxes delivered 3-5 days early and keep them in the rooms with the A/C running so the wood can acclimate.

Ask your supplier for the recommended adhesive or underlayment for concrete slabs, we'll confirm quantities at the estimate.
